Summary: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time.
The Free plan is free of charge. No refunds are applicable as no payment is made.
All paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring subscription basis through Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to your first payment only — not to renewal charges.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at billing@adintelhq.io within 7 days of your payment with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address.
Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
